Our founder, Robert L. Monte has become an “experienced mentor” who supports ambitious, talented professionals ascend that same steep ladder. His direct support approach is to begin with meeting people by phone or
at his office.

Assessments & Profiles
Coaching leaders, executives, managers and professionals is equally rewarding and challenging. By using our lifetimes of business experience to guide clients through the corporate structure, we get to see them (you!) mature, succeed and achieve your highest goals.
Your challenge is that, like most of our clients, you work 60 - 70 hours a week. You also have family and personal commitments to fulfill, so finding time “to be coached” requires you to be continuously innovative—always breaking new ground.
Our challenges are three fold. We must honour your time constraints,
allow you to set the agenda for our work together and make the most
efficient use of your time. To move you through the coaching process
as expeditiously as possible, we may suggest you use one or more of
our professional assessments, questionnaires or profiling instruments.
There is a logical sequence to our use of these of products. Often one
instrument will build on information provided by another. While they
are highly recommended, you always have the option of choosing not
